When you eat fish, we are our bodies unsaturated oils omega 3 and omega 6, the first oil found in oily fish like salmon, mackerel, halibut, tuna and second in the famous primrose oil or evening primrose and blackcurrant. Deficiencies in these oils produce all kinds of allergies, asthma, arthritis, skin diseases, lupus, heart disease, premenstrual syndrome and all those that involve inflammation, whether internal or external. The solution would be to take the fish mentioned 3 or 4 times a week (vegetarians can substitute flax seed oil, are 3 grams per day, should be cooked), nuts and take vitamin C and E.
